Western Australian Satellite/Lightning

JMA Himawari-8

Western Australia Satellite Notes

Low cloud in the far southwest in onshore winds is causing the odd light shower. Cloud over the Kimberley with a trough is causing a few thundery showers. Skies are clear elsewhere due to a high pressure ridge in the southeast and hot, dry airmass further north and west.
