Macquarie River - Lake River to Longford: No further flooding is expected along the Macquarie River at Above Westmoor and Cressy Pumps. No observations are currently available for the Macquarie River at Above Westmoor. However, it is estimated that the river level is below the minor flood level (3.30 m). The Macquarie River at Above Westmoor is likely to remain below the minor flood level (3.30 m). The Macquarie River at Cressy Pumps peaked at 2.86 m around 06:30 pm Monday, below the minor flood level. The river is currently at 2.28 m and falling, below the minor flood level. The Macquarie River at Cressy Pumps is expected to remain below the minor flood level (3.00 m). Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous. Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways. Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads. Check the ABC and local media for updates.
