Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology South Australia TOP PRIORITY FOR IMMEDIATE BROADCAST Cancellation Of Severe Thunderstorm Warning for North East Pastoral district. Issued at 7:11 pm Monday, 2 March 2026. Heavy rainfall about the far northeast of the state has eased. Weather Situation A moist and unstable airmass combined with a trough through the far northeast of the state to produce slow-moving severe thunderstorms this afternoon. This however has now eased. cancellation of severe thunderstorm warning for the following areas: North East Pastoral This warning is now cancelled. The State Emergency Service advises that people should: * Keep clear of fallen power lines. * Beware of fallen trees or debris on the road. * Don't drive, ride or walk through flood water. * Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
