Bush walkers are advised that cold temperatures, strong and gusty southerly winds, and heavy snowfalls during Tuesday evening and Wednesday are expected. These hazardous conditions are expected to occur across most elevated areas across Tasmania.

The next warning will be issued by 5:00 am EST Wednesday.
