A trough is generating active storms across SA while a following low in the Bight is directing southerly winds and some showers across southern WA. An unstable airmass over the northern tropics is bringing showers and storms to the Top End and WA's north.

A cold front, low and trough will track across eastern Australia, causing showers and storms, some intense, in a swath from northeast WA to the NT, Qld, SA, NSW, Vic and Tas. Cool southerly winds behind the trough for WA, moving into SA. Showery onshore winds for northeast Qld.

A cold front, low and trough will continue tracking east, firing up intense storms over NSW, Qld, the NT and possibly northeast WA. Cold and showery for Vic and Tas behind the front with highland snow. Cool southerly winds also for SA and southern WA. Showery for northeast Qld.

Cold and showery southwesterly winds will continue to stream over Tas, Vic and SA while also taking over in NSW. A trough will bring rain and storms to east Qld and the northern NT. A high will clear SA while starting to send warmer easterly winds over southwest WA.

Onshore winds will bring showers to much of eastern Qld and NSW while a cold front will approach SA, Vic and Tas. A trough will deepen over WA, bringing some showers and storms to the inland while helping push warm easterly winds over the west coast. Dry over the interior.

Another cold front should bring a burst of cool, showery weather to Tas, Vic and southeastern NSW. A high pressure ridge will mostly clear SA while maintaining showery easterly winds over east Qld. A trough over WA will continue to gather moisture and warmth, producing storms.
