Burst of heat for Sydney.

Burst of heat for Sydney.
Hot air will be briefly directed over the Harbour City on Sunday ahead of cool change. Warm and gusty northwesterly winds will help prevent the development of a cooling seabreeze, allowing the mercury to climb into the mid-30's by the early-afternoon. Given that winds will be quite gusty and the air will be dry, it will feel a few degrees cooler than the actual temperature. A cool southerly change is expected to arrive in the late-afternoon/early-evening, which will bring an abrupt drop in temperatures, so start your day early if you want to make the most of the hot weather. We are fast approaching the time of year when the Sun's ultraviolet (UV) is at its strongest, so try to remember to slap on some sunscreen if you're heading outdoors.
