Cloud over QLD and eastern NSW with a trough and low is triggering heavy rain and the odd storm. Cloud over western NSW and QLD in a pool of cold air is causing patchy rain and a few storms. Low cloud over eastern VIC and TAS in onshore winds is bringing scattered showers.
