Wispy cloud in brisk westerly winds over the southeast, is triggering showers in VIC and rain areas over TAS. Low cloud over southwestern WA in onshore winds is bringing the odd light shower. Skies are clearer elsewhere under a broad ridge of high pressure.

Flash flooding in north-west after Tasmania cleans up from 'tornado-like' winds
