Cloud in the southeast with a low and front is producing gusty showers. A band of cloud stretching from WA to the east coast with a trough is triggering storms in WA, southern QLD and northern NSW. Thick cloud in the NT Top End in low pressure is triggering showers and storms.
Vast areas of Queensland have experienced the hottest May night since records began, some of which stretch back to the 1800s.
