Thick cloud is forming over western parts of WA due to the remnants of Ex-Tropical Cyclone Nathan and a trough. This cloud is generating areas of rain and thunderstorms, heavy about the northern Gascoyne and Pilbara. Skies are clearer elsewhere due to a ridge of high pressure.
