Cloud forming over inland NSW in a developing trough is generating showers and thunderstorms, mainly about the ranges. Cloud scattered over eastern QLD in a weaker trough is causing showers, thundery in the northern tropics. Mostly clear skies elsewhere in drier winds, hot in WA.
