Cloud across northern WA, the NT, QLD and NSW in a trough is generating storms in the tropics and rain elsewhere. Cloud over VIC and SA in a pool of cold air is bringing a burst of showers. Patchy cloud is lingering over TAS and southern WA in cool winds but it's generally dry.
