    Heavy rain & gusty winds continue to affect southeast NSW near an offshore low and trough. Deep E'ly winds and a develop monsoon and lows bring heavy rain also to northeast Qld and the northwest NT. Warm and dry E'ly winds over the interior and SA. A cool change for southwest WA.
