Alpine forecast

The week has started cold with some light snow, adding a bit to the near-season-high snow depths.

A few more flurries will fall this Wednesday night/Thursday, next weekend and also a few days later due to passing weak fronts. These fronts won't bring a lot of fresh snow but will maintain the cold to help out with snow-making.

Unfortunately, the next best chance for a decent snow-bearing system is not until at least the first week of September.
