Patchy cloud over NSW within a low pressure trough is maintaining a few isolated showers and thunderstorms. Cloud with a moist southwesterly flow over VIC is failing to produce any rain. Patchy bright cloud over SA, WA and southern parts of the NT is producing virtually no rain.
