Cloud with a low pressure trough is generating areas of rain over northern WA and western QLD, with thundery showers over the NT, with showers in SA & VIC. Speckled cloud in the wake of a strong cold front is producing gusty cold showers and thunderstorms over southern WA.
Floodwaters have stabilised north of Adelaide after State Emergency Service crews worked through the night, but residents have been warned incoming rain could cause further flooding.
