A cloudband across WA, SA, northern VIC and southern NSW near a frontal system is bringing rain to the ranges, the odd spot elsewhere. Cloud scattering across the far south in unstable winds is causing heavy showers and storms in TAS and showers in VIC, SA and southern WA.
