Thick fog is affecting flights in and out of Sydney this morning with delays a chance to have a knock-on effect during the day. Visibility from fog has been as low as 200 metres when the first flights were due to arrive and depart. Visibility will improve after about 8am as light northwesterly winds combine with sunshine to disperse the fog.
