and maximum waves may be up to twice the height.

SITUATION AT 0000UTC
Vigorous clockwise winds associated with a low 994hPa near 38S132E. Low
forecast 996hPa near 39S132E at 220600UTC and 999hPa near 42S140E at 221200UTC,
then weakening.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 37S128E 34S131E 39S143E 42S141E 42S129E 37S128E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 30/40 knots within 180nm of low in the sector from south
through west to east. Wind speeds decreasing below 34 knots throughout area by
221200UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Low to moderate swell.
