SITUATION AT 0600UTC
Vigorous flow associated with a deepening low/cold front near 32S115E 39S122E,
forecast 32S123E to low 993 hPa near 38S124E at 271200UTC, 31S128E to low 986
hPa near 39S127E to 44S130E at 271800UTC, 31S134E to low 980 hPa near 39S129E
to 45S132E at 280000UTC and 30S137E 38S134E to 973 hPa near 38S130E to 46S135E
at 280600UTC.

Bounded by 32S114E 31S133E 38S133E 39S131E 44S133E 39S110E 32S114E.

FORECAST
SW quarter winds 30/40 knots within 540nm southwest of cold front until
271800UTC. Winds tending clockwise 30/40 knots within 540nm of low west of
trough after 271800UTC. Wind speeds increasing to 35/45 knots within 240nm of
low west of trough after 272100UTC and increasing to 40/50 knots within 90nm of
low in the western semicircle from 280300UTC. Rough to very rough seas rising
to high to very high in storm force wind area. Moderate to heavy swell.
