and maximum waves may be up to twice the height.
SITUATION AT 0000UTC
Vigorous northerly flow ahead of a trough.
Bounded by 41S155E 50S159E 50S160E 43S160E 37S156E 41S155E.
Northerly quarter winds 30/40 knots developing by 250900UTC, contracting east
of 160E by 260000UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate swell.
Night-time temperatures will drop well below average in the Capital from Wednesday.
