New Zealand Satellite Notes

Bands of cloud associated with a nearby deep low pressure system are sweeping over New Zealand. This cloud is generating areas of heavy rain over the both islands. The heaviest falls are mainly occurring around the Bay of Plenty, Nelson and the West Coast.
