Patchy cloud over eastern VIC in moist southerly winds is bringing a few showers, mostly on the coastal fringe. High cloud over northern VIC ahead of a trough is not bringing rain. Skies are otherwise mostly clear due to a high pressure ridge, leading to another cold night.
