Low cloud over southern NSW in the wake of a cold front is bringing a few showers, mainly on and west of the ranges. Thicker cloud offshore near a developing low is causing the odd shower to the coast. Skies are clear over northern parts of the state under a high pressure ridge.
Some are calling it the best day of the snow season so far, with 15-20cm+ falling over the Australian Alps overnight.
