Thick cloud over northeastern QLD from Ex-Tropical Cyclone Owen is generating rain, locally heavy. Troughs in the east are also triggering showers and thunderstorms in QLD, NSW, VIC and TAS. Troughs over southern and western WA is generating showers and thunderstorms.
