Your pictures: East coast flood disaster

People have taken to social media to share their experiences of the flood disaster affecting Queensland and New South Wales.

The bad weather has headed south, with thousands of people cut off by floods in northern NSW and the town of Grafton facing major flooding.

Bundaberg is Queensland's hardest hit city and remains in the grip of its worst flood on record.
