Strong storms damage Woodburn bus depot

The State Emergency Service says strong winds and thunderstorms in Woodburn in northern New South Wales have ripped the roof off the local bus depot and one home.

The SES says communications are down and some homes have lost power.

Energy companies are trying to restore power.

Minister not surprised Wivenhoe accounts differ
