The weather bureau says June was a dry and warm month in north-west Victoria.
Rainfall totals were generally between half and three-quarters of the monthly average.
There was between 20 and 40 millimetres for the month in the Wimmera, while falls of less than 20mm were recorded in the Mallee.
Mt William in the Grampians received 113mm, and Stawell was the region's wettest centre with 41mm.
Swan Hill received just 11mm of rain in June.
The weather bureau is forecasting there is a 30 to 40 per cent chance of average falls over the next three months in north-west Victoria.
Temperatures for June were generally more than one degree above the average.
