Gippsland soaks up steady rain

Steady rain has fallen over most of Gippsland over the past 24 hours.
The highest reading was at Mt Hotham where 85 millimetres fell since 9:00am (AEDT) yesterday after 23mm the previous day.
East Gippsland and Mount Baw Baw had falls of about 60mm.
East Sale had 26mm and the Latrobe Valley 22mm.
More rain is expected across the region today.
