Coolest weekend in months for southeastern capitals

Coolest weekend in months for southeastern capitals
A cold front will bring a cool change to Australia's southeast just in time for the weekend. Adelaide and Canberra are likely to experience their coldest weekend since November. Adelaide should see tops of only 20 and 22 over the weekend. Canberra will start off warmer with 26 on Saturday, but Sunday should only manage a top of 22. Melbourne and Hobart will be seeing their coldest weekend since at least mid December, possibly mid November. Both capitals are forecast to remain below 20 degrees all weekend, with the chance of a few light showers. Sydney will start the weekend very warm with minima near 23 across the city, but the morning southerly change will take the edge off. Sunday will be quite cool with showers and a top of 22-23 throughout. In the city it will be the coolest weekend in at least a month, but in western Sydney it will be the coolest since November, despite reaching 30 on Saturday. These cities have seen colder weather in the past few months, but this is the first time it has landed on the weekend. Many people have been enjoying the warmth by heading to the beach or swimming in outdoor pools, but this weekend plans to suit autumn will be a better choice.
