Coastal Queensland is cliché perfect
Alex Krisman

'Queensland, beautiful one day and perfect the next' is a cliché that sums up coastal Queensland the next few days.
A ridge of high pressure extending over most of Queensland's beach dotted coastline will maintain mostly sunny skies until later in the working week. Those lucky enough to escape work or school will be blessed with a stretch of ideal beach weather.
The only real threat is the chance of showers or storms developing during the afternoons in the far southeast, although these should favour inland locations.
In general, however, sunshine accompanied by above average temperatures will be the order of the next few days, enjoy!
