A high [1029 hPa] over the Great Australian Bight is moving slowly east and
extends a ridge along the east Queensland coast.

Winds are no longer expected to exceed 25 knots.

Wind gusts can be a further 40 percent stronger than the averages given here,
and maximum waves may be up to twice the height.
